Home Produce
We offer guests the chance to purchase eggs from our chickens, homemade honey and bacon and sausages from our pigs, when available. Home-reared lamb is also available by prior arrangement.
Free Wifi
Wifi is available throughout the Hay Loft.
Garden
Guests are free to use the garden, and wander around the fields to see our sheep, pigs and chickens.
Parking
There is plenty of free parking outside the Hay Loft.
Tennis Court
Guests can use our tennis court, at their own risk
WHERE YOU'LL BE
Lockerley Manor is on the edge of the village on a quiet lane. The village has its own shop, and there are lots of good pubs and restaurants nearby. Mottisfont Abbey (National Trust) is 5 mins away by car, and we are very close to the New Forest. There are beaches and sea at Mudeford, Hengistbury Head and Lymington. We are also close to Winchester, Salisbury and Southampton, as well as the old market towns of Romsey and Stockbridge. We are also 10 mins away from Peppa Pig World and Paultons Park.
GETTING AROUND
It is best to have a car if staying at The Hay Loft. The house is a 3 minute drive from Mottisfont & Dunbridge train station which runs trains to Salisbury, Bath, Romsey and Southampton. We are also a 25 minute drive to Grateley and 35 minute drive to Winchester for more direct trains to London. It is about 25 minutes from Southampton airport, and 30 minutes from the Southampton docks.
